The Associate Dean’s Award for Exemplary Contributions to the Graduate Community is awarded by leadership to a person for outstanding service to the graduate community.

Caitlin is the 2024 recipient of this award for her active involvement and leadership in the Graduate Student Organization (GSO). She has lead the GSO through an extraordinary but painful year with empathy. She has also been an engaged partner in trying to improve the OCIC process and continues to advocate that the OCIC include a more student-focused lens to their investigations in the future.
