Ana was a finalist for the SSR Trainee Research Award and presented a talk titled “Location matters: Compartmentalized protein translation in sertoli cells” at the 52nd annual meeting in San Jose, CA. In addition to being a finalist, she received the 2019 Lalor Foundation Merit Award which recognizes the best-researched and most well-presented abstracts. Congratulations Ana!
